Our client; a reputable and well established trade marketing company is seeking qualified and competent candidates to fill the following vacancies:
Business Development & Account manager
Business Development & Account manager
The preferred candidate should be an individual who will be able to drive the company’s growth in business volume and profitability and should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences from a reputable institute
- Professional qualification in marketing, preferably CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing)
- Excellent computer savvy skills
- At least 4 years working experience in sales, business development or marketing with a reputable company
- Agency experience in brand activations, field marketing and sales operations particularly in FMCG
- The incumbent should be able to portray good analytical skills, project management skills, team building skills, excellent interpersonal skills and good organizational skills
Business Account manager
The preferred candidate should be an individual who will be maximize our client’s market share through efficient management of the sales team and should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business from a reputable institute
- MBA from a recognized institution
- Professional qualifications in MSK
- Updated on current trends and technology i.e. mobile phones, computers e.t.c
- 5 years working experience in middle/Senior Management positions in Sales in FMCG
- Ability to manage, co-ordinate and motivate a competitive sales team to ensure they understand clearly their job descriptions, deliverables and targets
- Great communicator and ability to work closely with retail partners to promote strong mutually beneficial and strategic business relationships
- Strong work ethic to ensure quality, high standard and professional service delivery through planned field visits to clients
- Ability to plan and participate in the weekly and monthly business review/planning meetings with potential and existing clients to ensure that all agreed activities are implemented in accordance with the standard operating procedures
- Efficient driven individual who is able to evaluate the performance of the sales team by conducting regular appraisals to identify areas of improvement and make the necessary recommendations
Research Manager
The preferred candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, statistics, commerce, economics or any other related field from a reputable institute
- Post graduate Marketing Diploma from a recognized institution
- At least 2 years working experience in a Market Research Agency
- Ability to manage Client relationship including prospecting, brief taking, proposal preparation and field analysis briefing
- Proficiency in drafting research proposals and reports
- Competent in participating in client presentations
- Efficient and time oriented to ensure completion of proposals to enable proper and timely commissioning and payment of projects
- In charge of research projects to ensure timely and accurate execution of all parts of the projects
- Constant follow up with key client contacts on existing and potential research projects
- Collection of final payments and providing feedback from clients on research projects
