Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ability to interpret user requirement and design a concept that meets the specific user’s expectations 
2. Understand expected client SLA guidelines
3. Execute all website support requests from clients with strict timelines as specified in the client SLAs
4. Monitor clients’ websites to ensure availability and fix any anomalies that may be generated
5. Design and develop Blogs for clients
6. Design User interfaces for Web development projects
7. Follow up on client related tickets to completion
8. Generate Weekly and Monthly reports to clients

Minimum Requirements

1. Degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science or any other related technology
2. Understanding of web scripting languages – PHP/ASP/JSP
3. Excellent skills in Content Management Systems – Specifically Word-press, Joomla. Drupal will be an added advantage
4. Excellent skills in CSS, HTML
5. Knowledge and experience of database technologies – MySQL
6. Ability to work under pressure
7. Ability to meet strict tight deadlines
