I.T Technical Support Officer
Main Purpose of the Role
Offer Technical support to the organization and it clientele.
Among others, key accountabilities will include:-
Attending to customer requests
Ensuring high level customer service.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Good knowledge of IP addressing and networking concepts in general.
- Able to design and implement CAT5/CAT6 network cabling
- Good knowledge of Windows server systems including active directory and Microsoft exchange
- Good knowledge of Cisco routers
- Good knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Certificates in : CCNA,MCP, A and N plus
- Be willing to travel using public transport
- Be willing to work on weekends
- High Customer orientation and Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
