Programming Assistant – Tracker Group of Companies

To join this team, we are seeking to recruit a Programming Assistant to support ICT programming function within the group to ensure satisfaction of customer needs.
Reporting to the Assistant Technical Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for the following key accountabilities;
PROGRAMMING ASSISTANT

Reports To (job): Assistant Technical Manager
Location/Unit: Nairobi
Main Purpose of the Job- (Job Summary)
Supports ICT programming functions within the Group to ensure satisfaction of customer needs
- Program and test tracking units.
- Ensure that all tracking units installed have the correct details
- Ensure that all tracking units are updating
- Creates usernames and passwords for all clients.
- Troubleshoot non updating units.
2 or 3 Key Deliverables or this position
- 100% programmed, tested and updated tracking systems
- Customer satisfaction
- Service delivery.
