Job Description
Reporting to the Administrative Officer, the Receptionist will be charged with the following:
- Answering of visitors inquiries.
- Directing visitors to appropriate contacts. Answering of incoming calls. Arranging appointments for quests to meet with organization staff.
- Any other assignment may be assigned from time to time.
- Diploma in Public relations/customer relations/ Customer care management or any other related qualifications.
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills.
- Good personality
- Public relations skills.
- Five (5) years experience in a reputable organization.
- Between 25 – 30 years.
