Customer Care Telephone Agents (Call Agents) Vacancies – Oasis Africa
SEEKING FOR CALL AGENTS
Oasis Africa is a Counseling Center and Training Institutebased in Nairobi looking for Customer Care Telephone agents (Call Agents) to work in our Call Center.
Responsibilities:
¾ Receiving and responding to calls from clients
¾ Responding to clients inquiries both on phone and online
¾ Booking of clients appointments
¾ Act as sale agent for the organization’s services
¾ Following up clients for their telephone counseling sessions
Qualifications
¾ Diploma Holder in Customer Care, Front Office, Social Care or other related fields
¾ Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
¾ Fluent in both English and Swahili (Spoken and Written)
¾ Be computer Literate epically the use of browser
¾ Flexible enough to work on shift basis
¾ Has an experience of not less that one year working in busy call center
¾ Ability to communicate in an honest, articulate and composed manner
¾ Must be able to effectively handle stress situations
¾ Ability to work under very minimal supervision
¾ A Certificate or Diploma in Counseling Psychology will be an added advantage
